Striiv Activity Tracker App Reviews

I liked my Striiv a lot until today! I walked 3 miles and my Striiv tracked about 20 steps than stopped functioning. After about an hour it began to track my steps again. I have no idea what happened or why. If it happens again Ill replace it.

The tracker keeps changing time zones even though we are in the same city all the time. Was originally set on West Coast time and when we moved to Phoenix we have to reset it every time we charge it, because it goes back to West Coast time. The miles walked in a day are always significantly less when compared to FitBit or Garmin activity tracker. I think it is a case of. "You get what you pay for".

So far love it!!! Its up to speed with me!! And the call and text notifications are a huge help!!!

After an update I lost 6 months of data and now even with about 3,000 steps a day it says my average is around 47. Impossible! Very disappointed.

Receive notification that firmware update must be installed. Indicates update was successful only to receive the same message an hour later This is happening daily Charts do not update. When you open app must resync to get current info Trying to find answers to problems is difficult Customer Service is impossible to locate Dont waste your money

Stupid app because all it doses is update all the time. When I click on whts new it says bug fixed. Cannot connect with my phone.

Now lets see how the new accuracy updates work :)

New update caused my fusion to lose its sync with my phone, displays sync code constantly. App wants me to de register or re register my device, though it wont actually complete either. App will not allow me to sign out. None of the troubleshooting available for trouble syncing does anything.

This app has been terrible for every update Ive seen for over a year. Constant problems with syncing, rubbish promises of updates to include music controls, and the tracker accuracy still lags far behind other brands. Ive held out a long time trying to give the benefit of the doubt because I like the hardware, but after a year, I have to say, the app in no way compliments the quality of the band.

Cant sync to Walgreens app even thought the Walgreens tracker uses exact same app. Also wish it could sync with Apple health kit. Wish the app would give you more options to customize.

I like this app. Nothing fancy but it does what I need it to do!

After the last update, it does seem to closer with my step counts. Before, it was several hundreds of steps behind. The ONE thing that would make this SO MUCH BETTER would be the ability to sync with the Apple Health app!!! That would make it close to perfect in my eyes! I love my Striiv Fusion, and it has definitely encouraged me and my hubby to be more active! One last thing- we both participate with the MyLand game- but its very frustrating at times. There really should be SOME sort of instruction or something to it. Also, it allows me to collect coins from him after hes reached 1000 steps, but hes NEVER been able to collect coins from my steps. Glitch maybe? I think MyLand could use a few updates as well.

I love growing everything and collecting lightening bolts but it does not let you get enough lightening bolts to grow the larger items. I now have a number of things that I cannot take to next level. The fix they said they had done did not work. They dont answer very frustrating. Does not work correctly.

I like my Striiv fusion bio, however I feel like both the band and app are not quite ready. The app is so basic, it feels like it is designed for children. The app is for iOS but doesnt communicate with the health app. Elements of the app dont seem to work very well. I have app notifications turned off to save battery life (which is already unfortunate) but my band is still receiving Facebook notifications. There should be a way to turn notifications on/off on a per app basis. The weather feature is broken and when it decides to send the information to the band, it comes through 10 times in a row, then you cant access it again until the next day. Why not just have a weather screen on the device with options to sync weather data at different intervals? There should be a manual sync option. I would also like to see al Notification Center widget.

Bought one for myself and my boyfriend, and got two of my friends at work (Walgreens) to get them, too! I wish the app had more features, and I still have no idea how to see sleep or activity in detail (i.e., sleep restlessness, wakes throughout the night), or if thats even possible. I wish it was more detailed history and for the app to have more features like mapping a run, but in general the rest of everything is all in good fun. Another problem is that the music does not control anything whatsoever on the BIO, it doesnt seem to sync at all. It says "playing," but its not playing anything. As for the big positive,I absolutely LOVE that I receive notifications of text messages and phone calls without having to take my phone out or when leaving it in another room. I also love competing with my boyfriend and friends for most steps, it keeps us walking! Cant wait for further updates, loving our Striivs.

I love my Walgreens tracker that uses this app. I am not sure why others are saying there are problems. Mine has synced fine, relatively easy to use. Had 1 small problem but it was user not understanding app alarm feature and where it was. They replied quickly. I also had a question about the hip attachment got a phone call back, very quickly. Personally I am really happy with the application and the device too. I am not sure why some reviews said it isnt tracking steps correctly. The tests steps I did appeared accurate to me, plus if read help file, it says they try to be more accurate and not take false step readings.
